ARTICLE 1- PURPOSE
The General Directorate of Forestry has launched a tender for aircraft rental services to be used within the scope of forest fire fighting activities.
ARTICLE 2- SCOPE
Within the scope of the tender, a total of 13 amphibious firefighting aircraft will be rented in 3 (three) separate parts, including 3 piston engine CL-215 and all its variants, 4 turbine engine CL-215T/CL-415 and all its variants and 6 turbine engine Airtractor Fireboss aircraft, to operate for a period of 3 years between 15 May and 31 October in 2025, 2026 and 2027.

Information Regarding the Tender Document:
· The tender document can be viewed free of charge on the Administration's website.
· The most economically advantageous offer will be determined solely on the basis of price.
· The tender is open to all domestic and foreign applicants.
· The tender is open to partial bids. Bidders may bid for all helicopters in each section or for one or more aircraft.
· Bidders will provide a temporary guarantee in an amount determined by them, not less than 3% of the bid price.
· The validity period of the submitted offers is 60 (sixty) calendar days from the tender date.
· Bids can be delivered by hand to the General Directorate of Forestry, Aviation Department until the tender date and time, or can be sent to the same address via registered mail.
