ARTICLE 1- PURPOSE
Our General Directorate will procure aerial firefighting services as part of its efforts to combat forest fires. The procurement will be conducted by the General Directorate of Forestry under the Ministry of Agriculture and Forestry in accordance with the procedures and principles stipulated in Article 3(b) of Public Procurement Law No. 4734, using a tender process involving the submission of bids.
ARTICLE 2- SCOPE
Within the scope of the tender, aerial firefighting services will be procured for a period of 153 days using 12 (twelve) ultra-light (water discharge capacity of over 500 kg.) and/or light (water discharge capacity of over 1000 kg.) helicopters to be deployed between May 1 and September 30, 2026 and 2027.
