In the frame of the “Sustainable Forest Management
Project (SFM)” conducted by the Ministry of Climate Change of Pakistan, with
support of Global Environment Fund (GEF) and the cooperation of International
Union for Conservation of Nature, a delegation of 16 is making visits to our
Country on the subjects of “Sustainable Forest Management, Forest Fires Control
Systems and National Parks”.
The delegation visited the General Directorate on
Thursday, June 21, 2018 and made information Exchange under the Presidency of
Deputy General Manager Ahmet İPEK
Deputy General Manager Dr. Ahmet İPEK said, "They
are pleased to see the delegation of the friendly and brotherly country of Pakistan
and they are aiming to increase our relations as a forest organization between

Afterwards, with the participation of the Deputy
Undersecretary of the Ministry of Forestry and Water Affairs Mr. Hüseyin DİNÇER
and the participation of the Pakistan delegation, the opening ceremony of the
painting, composition and poster exhibition on the subject "Investment on
Soil is Investment on Future " was realized within the scope of
"International Day for Combating Desertification" at the Armada
Shopping Center in Ankara and miniature cactus were distributed to people.
